请求参数

| time | false | int | 发布内容的节目播放时间点，以秒为单位，默认值为 0。范围：0～500000。 |
| pic_path | false | string | 发布看点的视频截图 URL，仅支持JPG,GIF,PNG图片。 |
注意事项
- 目前上传图片大小限制为小于5M
- 在视频截图不存在时将发送文字看点
