请求参数:

必须有一下参数中的一个或多个，参数值为字符串. 进一步的限制，请参阅下面的各个参数描述.

• name. 可选参数.不超过20个汉字
• url. 可选参数. 不超过100个汉字 ，必须以"http://"开头
• location. 可选参数.不超过30个汉字 ，输入完整的所在地方信息
• description. 可选参数. 不超过160个汉字.
