更改用户微薄的背景图片，注意：必须为用multipart Data来提交图片内容，不是URL的图片

Updates the authenticating user's profile background image. Note that this method expects raw multipart data, not a URL to an image.

Parameters:

• image.必须参数. 必须为小于700K的有效的GIF, JPG, 或 PNG 图片. 如果图片大于2048像素将按比例缩放。
• tile 可选参数.是否平铺，如果设置为true,则图片会自动平铺整个网页，否则不会

• image.Required. Must be a valid GIF, JPG, or PNG image of less than 800 kilobytes in size. Images with width larger than 2048 pixels will be forceably scaled down.
• tile. Optional. If set to true the background image will be displayed tiled. The image will not be tiled otherwise.
