允许通知更新给指定用户。如果成功返回用户信息

Enables device notifications for updates from the specified user. Returns the specified user when successful.

Parameters:

下面参数必须传递一个:

• id. 必选参数. 指定的用户ID或用户帐号。

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notifications/follow/12345.json or http://api.t.sina.com.cn/friendships/create/bob.xml

• user_id. 必选参数. 指定的用户ID

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notificiations/follow.xml?user_id=1401881

• screen_name. 必选参数. 指定的用户帐号.

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notifications/follow.xml?screen_name=101010

One of the following is required:

• id. Required. The ID or screen name of the user to follow with device updates.

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notifications/follow/12345.json or http://api.t.sina.com.cn/friendships/create/bob.xml

• user_id. Required. Specfies the ID of the user to follow with device updates. Helpful for disambiguating when a valid user ID is also a valid screen name.

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notificiations/follow.xml?user_id=1401881

• screen_name. Required. Specfies the screen name of the user to follow with device updates. Helpful for disambiguating when a valid screen name is also a user ID.

o Example: http://api.t.sina.com.cn/notifications/follow.xml?screen_name=101010
