返回最新更新的20条有用户头像的微薄消息。为避免资源浪费及提供检索效率，对消息缓存60秒。

Returns the 20 most recent statuses from non-protected users who have set a custom user icon. The public timeline is cached for 60 seconds so requesting it more often than that is a waste of resources.
